Medtronic increases cash dividend for the third quarter of fiscal year 2016

Medtronic announced on Dec. 11 that it would pay a cash dividend of $0.38 per ordinary share for the third quarter of fiscal year 2016.

The dividend, which is a 25 percent increase compared with the same time period last year, is payable on Jan. 15, 2016, to shareholders as of the end of business on Dec. 24.

Medtronic said it has increased its annual dividend payments for 38 consecutive years.
