Health insurers seek cost increases for plans in 2016
Plans on the health insurance exchanges are expected to cost more in 2016, according to proposed rates from insurers. The exchanges were created as part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Insurers were required to post any proposed increases above 10 percent online by June 1.
