Medication costs soar in the U.S.

Since 2011, the prices of the top 10 medications in the U.S. each increased more than 50 percent, according to a Reuters analysis.

From 2011 to 2014, sales of the top 10 medications increased 44 percent even though prescriptions for the medications decreased 22 percent.
