CMS proposes ban on Theranos founder and president
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have proposed banning Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes and president Sunny Balwani from owning or running a blood-testing lab for at least two years, the Wall Street Journal reports.
The newspaper reviewed a copy of a previously undisclosed letter that CMS sent to Theranos on March 18.
