Super fan: New Jersey cardiologist owns $40 million of sports memorabilia

Nicholas DePace, MD, a cardiologist from New Jersey, has sports memorabilia worth an estimated $10 million to $12 million displayed in a building near his home, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Organizers of the museum want to relocate the memorabilia to the sports complex in Philadelphia, where the Philadelphia Eagles, Flyers, Phillies and 76ers play their home games.
