Vital Images tuned for Intel's Xeon processors
Advanced visualization and analysis solutions company Vital Images and computer hardware developer Intel have merged technologies to decrease processing time for large clinical data sets.
The Minnapolis-based Vital said its volumetric compression application was designed to work with microprocessor technology from the San Jose, Calif.-based Intel's Xeon 5500 processor series.
