Overhead costs for health plans under ACA are soaring
Administrative costs for private health insurance plans and the federal government are expected to increase $270 billion in the next decade. This year, overhead costs are expected to account for 45 percent of all federal spending related to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
