Cardiologist says Hillary Clinton likely had an episode of syncope
Ethan Weiss, MD, writes in Forbes that Hillary Clinton likely had a case of syncope when video captured Secret Service agents assisting her to a van after a public appearance on Sept. 11. Weiss is a cardiologist and associate professor at the University of California, San Francisco.

Weiss cited research that estimates 40 percent of adults living to at least age 70 had at least one episode of syncope, which is the medical term for passing out or losing consciousness.
