Mara Hammond

Chief impact officer at Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) in Florida  

Mara bridges the voice of the community with the needs of the healthcare system, helping advocate for clinical support, resources and philanthropic funding. Her focus across all these activities is on helping NCH grow in its mission to become the Destination Center of Excellence in its area.  

An accomplished healthcare executive, Mara is insightful, resourceful and skilled at increasing patient access while reducing healthcare inefficiencies. She is deeply knowledgeable in the medical and administrative needs of modern healthcare and is able to facilitate cross-disciplinary collaborative efforts between medical teams, advocacy teams and the community to improve the delivery of healthcare for all.  

In addition, Mara is a passionate advocate for community health. She actively engages with local organizations and leaders to address health disparities and promote wellness initiatives. Her collaborative approach fosters a strong network of partners who work together to improve the overall health and well-being of the community.
