Director of business development and interim director of operations at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital–McKinney in Texas  

After joining The Heart Hospital–McKinney in 2019 as an administrative fellow, Parker worked hard to work his way up and into his present role(s). Along the way he has consistently demonstrated versatility and the ability to drive results across diverse areas of the enterprise.  

As interim director of operations, Parker is instrumental in propelling the facility’s overall management and strategic direction. He expertly manages complex operational and capital budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility while driving growth and innovation. His leadership extends to developing and implementing critical service lines, including structural heart, surgical services, pulmonary embolism response team and heart failure, significantly impacting patient care and outcomes. 

Parker’s commitment to excellence is evident in his management of the AV-media services department and his support of the graduate medical education fellowship program and cardiovascular institute. He is a driving force behind strategic development projects and demonstrates a keen understanding of the evolving cardiovascular landscape.
