Amandeep embodies the emerging generation of cardiovascular leaders who combine clinical excellence with entrepreneurial vision to solve systemic healthcare challenges. At 35, she has built a career distinguished by comprehensive cardiovascular expertise across interventional cardiology, critical care and general cardiovascular medicine at premier academic institutions.  

Recognizing that months-long waits for cardiology specialty evaluation create dangerous delays in care, Amandeep founded Intelagist in 2024. The company innovated a software platform providing high-fidelity virtual cardiac triage to streamline patient flow between primary care and cardiology. Today she manages the company’s marketing, fundraising, partner recruitment and strategic vision while maintaining clinical practice as an interventional cardiology PA. 

Her decade of cardiovascular practice spans interventional procedures, cardiac ICU management, outpatient cardiology, stress testing and consultation services across academic and community settings. She earned her Cornell Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship (2023), MS in physician assistant studies from Rutgers (2015, GPA 3.857), and BA summa cum laude in biological sciences and public health (2011). 

Amandeep has contributed to cardiovascular research published in Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions, presented at ACC and TCT conferences—including the 2025 TCT AI Lab on enhanced virtual care—and served as Epic trainer for cardiovascular teams. She received Marquis Who’s Who recognition in 2024. 

Amandeep’s work addresses a critical gap in cardiovascular access with profound implications for patient outcomes. She daily demonstrates the courage that led her to grow from a dedicated patient-care professional into a visionary healthcare innovator.
