Sirisha Vadali, MD, FACC

Program director of the Cardiometabolic Center of Excellence at HonorHealth and medical director of Atria Heart/HonorHealth Thompson Peak Medical Center in Phoenix

Dr. Vadali is the youngest physician to hold both her leadership roles simultaneously within the HonorHealth system. This is a distinction that reflects the depth of institutional confidence she has earned in a remarkably short time.

The center she built is a model for what comprehensive cardiometabolic prevention can look like when it is done right: integrated, multidisciplinary and precision-guided. Using coronary calcium scoring, advanced lipid analysis and genetic testing, Sirisha crafts individualized cardiovascular risk-reduction strategies for high-risk patients that go far beyond standard care. She has been at the forefront of responsibly incorporating GLP-1 receptor agonists into cardiovascular pathways, producing peer-reviewed scholarship and contributing to national registries evaluating their real-world effectiveness at a moment when the whole world is watching.

A board-certified noninvasive cardiologist and advanced lipidologist, Dr. Vadali holds fellowship in the American College of Cardiology and is an active principal investigator in outcomes research. Her national media footprint—Time magazine, CBS Health, a growing digital health presence—extends her expertise to audiences far beyond the clinic, with particular emphasis on closing sex-specific gaps in women’s cardiovascular care.

Dr. Sirisha Vadali is a physician, a builder, a researcher and a communicator. In each of these roles, she is moving cardiovascular medicine forward with purpose and determination.
