The Month in Review

Editor's Note:

Several huge recalls were announced in July, and three of them made our list of the month's most popular stories. Combine that with the news about Abbott's Trifecta heart valves—pulled off the market due to early deterioration—and it becomes clear that patient safety has been on the minds of our readers.

Other big stories in July included our annual salary survey, an updated comparison of TAVR and SAVR and exclusive coverage from ASE 2023. What will grab the attention of our readers in August? Only time will tell. As always, thank you for reading. - Michael Walter | Editor
