Cardiology conference goes 100% virtual due to COVID-19 concerns

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) has announced that its Cardiovascular Summit conference in February will now be 100% virtual due to the recent increase of COVID-19 cases throughout the United States.

The conference, originally scheduled to take place in Washington, D.C., runs from Thursday, Feb. 17, to Saturday, Feb. 19. A pre-conference session is also planned for Wednesday, Feb. 16.

More information is available on the ACC website. Registration for the new-look conference is expected to be added soon.
