Medtronic increases cash dividend 25 percent for fiscal year’s fourth quarter

For the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2016, Medtronic will increase its cash dividend by 25 percent to $0.38 per ordinary share, the company announced on Feb. 19.

The dividend is payable on April 15 to shareholders who held shares as of March 24.

In December, Medtronic announced it would pay a cash dividend of $0.38 per ordinary share for the fourth quarter. Medtronic has increased its annual dividend for 38 consecutive years.
