Kardia, TomTec team up for cardiovascular image analysis

Kardia Health Systems and Munich-based TomTec Imaging Systems have formed a new partnership to deliver TomTec’s multi-modality cardiovascular image analysis technology as a part of Kardia Complete, its forthcoming web-based service for workflow in cardiology practices.

According to the Minneapolis-based Kardia, Kardia Complete extends structured reporting and workflow technology by providing cardiologists remote management capabilities of patient images and records. With TomTec technology, cardiologists will be able to review diagnostic images, Kardia stated.

Kardia Complete will be available in Q3 2010 in the U.S. market, the company added.
