The study, published in Heart, examined how even minor dietary changes can affect a person's health. 

A new placebo-controlled trial explored the various side effects patients report when on statin therapy to lower their cholesterol. 

The study, published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, included data from nearly 374,000 adult patients. 

“These observations support rigorous adherence to COVID-19 prevention strategies in obese individuals of all ages,” the researchers wrote. 

The analysis, published in the British Journal of Nutrition, included more than 8,000 adults.

Nostrum Laboratories is at the center of this latest voluntary recall. 

Cardiologists push their patients to stay active, often emphasizing the link between physical activity and a healthy cardiovascular system. Many doctors, however, aren't listening to their own advice. 

Food insecurity is a significant issue in the United States, one that could get much worse as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.

These findings are especially important, the authors wrote, because they suggest there may be a new way to personalize patient care.
