Cardiac care specialists reach a new milestone: 250K patients under contract
Murj, a California-based digital health company focused on cardiac care, announced that more than 250,000 patients are now under contract to be managed on its cloud-based platform.
Murj’s software was designed to improve patient management and workflow efficiency by connecting members of the care team—technicians, nurses, cardiologists, electrophysiologists and others—to one another.
“Every employee at Murj is committed to putting the cardiac clinic and their device patients front and center,” Todd Butka, founder and CEO of Murj, said in a prepared statement. “Our momentum can be attributed to this commitment. We are proud to provide the very best in cardiac device management software to care providers so that they can serve the millions of cardiac device patients seeking better care.”
The company attributes this milestone to new agreements with leading groups such as Cardiovascular Institute of the South, a practice with multiple locations in Louisiana and Mississippi.
“Managing over 13,000 patients across multiple sites and three different states is no easy feat, but with Murj, we are able to efficiently care for an entire population and maintain an incredibly high standard of care,” Jude Hebert, RN, executive vice president of nursing services as Cardiovascular Institute of the South, said in the same statement.
