Nominate leaders for the Cardiovascular Business Forty Under 40 Awards

The Cardiovascular Business Forty Under 40 Awards honor the nation's top cardiology professionals under 40 (born on or after April 1, 1985), recognizing their achievements, innovation and leadership. This program celebrates a diverse group across cardiovascular health such as cardiologists, interventionalists, electrophysiologists, vascular specialists, business/practice/service line leaders, hospital administrators, researchers, entrepreneurs, educators, nurses, technologists, AI and technology developers and mentors. These professionals are advancing care in healthcare systems, hospitals, private practice, ASCs, OBLs, research and within companies supporting the industry.

Award winners exemplify excellence and innovation in cardiology and cardiovascular health, significantly impacting patient care, driving positive change and efficiency, improving education and research, identifying new business opportunities, helping practices and departments save money and thrive financially, working to advance gender equity, increasing access and building quality and volume across their organizations and communities.

Winners will be celebrated in March, highlighting their accomplishments and inspiring future cardiovascular professionals.

How to Nominate

Nominations do not guarantee selection, and multiple nominations for one individual do not influence the outcome. Complete the nomination form fully; incomplete submissions will not be considered.

The deadline is March 5th. Nominees must be under 40 (born on or after April 1, 1985).

By nominating, entrants agree to abide by the rules and decisions of the organizers. All submitted materials must be copyright-free and may be disseminated, after editing for brevity and content, in print and online.
