NovaRad inks deal with two Carolina practices
NovaRad has secured two new PACS contracts in the Carolinas, bringing the total NovaRad installs in South Carolina to five and in North Carolina, eight.
The newest Carolina facilities choosing NovaRad include the Piedmont Family Practice in Fort Mill, S.C., and the Catawba Radiological Association in Hickory, N.C.
Catawba Radiological Association also signed a contract for NovaRIS, facilitated by iPro, a NovaRad distributor, according to the American Fork, Utah-based company.
NovaPACS offers fast image retrieval, full-feature viewer with a seven-year, on-site archive with off-site emergency back up. NovaRIS is a web-based, open standards RIS that generates reports, analyzes exams, measures profitability and facilities paperless management of patient records. Both products are also available in Spanish versions and through an ASP model.
