Yale removes director of cardiovascular research

Yale School of Medicine removed its director of cardiovascular research, a decision that follows an investigation in sexual misconduct, according to the New York Times.

The New York Times previously reported that the former chief of cardiology stepped down from that post at Yale School of Medicine but remained as director of the Cardiovascular Research Center, a move questioned by some faculty. In its update, the Times said the removal was effective immediately.
