Arrhythmia Research Technology rebrands itself Micron Solutions
Fitchburg, Massachusetts-based Arrhythmia Research Technology is rebranding itself Micron Solutions as a way to better align itself with Micron Products, the subsidiary it fully owns that produces medical device components through machining and injection molding.
The name change is effective March 24. On March 27, the company’s stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange as MICR, according to a March 9 press release.
Additionally, the corporate websites, micronsolutionsinc.com and micronproducts.com, have been redesigned.
"We are very pleased to introduce our new company name,” said Salvatore Emma Jr., president and CEO of Micron Solutions, in a statement. “Our legacy name no longer fully described our company. We believe the new name better represents our business and our commitment and focus on helping our customers develop manufacturing solutions to meet their goals.”
Emma said the company’s services allows them to be a resource for customers to meet their manufacturing needs. In addition to making medical devices, Micron Solutions also manufacture equipment for military, law enforcement, industrial and automotive industries.
"All of Micron Products' solutions and services are backed by the same experienced team who bring the same unique approach to manufacturing solutions that our customers rely on,” Emma said.
