Cardiologist in Michigan faces domestic violence charges
John M. McClure, a cardiologist in Michigan, is facing charges of domestic violence and unlawful imprisonment, The Saginaw News reports.
A police report alleges that McClure choked his girlfriend and did not allow her to leave his home. When police arrived at McClure’s home, officers asked McClure to let the women go twice, according to the report. The officers then grabbed the woman and placed McClure in handcuffs, the report said.
McClure’s trial is set for May 9. He is free on bond.
